Due to the nature of Naughty But Nice products, please ensure you choose carefully as no refunds or exchanges will be provided. For lingerie, hosiery and costumes, Naughty but Nice size guides are accurate. Please ensure before you place your order that you measure yourself correctly as there is no exchange or refunds on lingerie, hosiery and costumes.Online prices may differ to instore.
Faulty Products
In the event that a product is faulty, the customer must notify Naughty But Nice within 5 days of delivery from the store. Please ensure contact is made with Naughty But Nice within the 5 day period to be advised of the faulty product return process. Advising Naughty But Nice after 5 days may void your claim. In accordance with the Fair Trade Act, Naughty But Nice will not exchange or refund any item due to a change of mind, or if the fault was caused by negligence or inappropriate use.
Please be sure to purchase new batteries as this is generally the cause of the problem in most cases.
Every product we sell is hygienically checked for functionality and to ensure product quality and to minimize any inconvenience caused with faulty goods.
Naughty But Nice will not be responsible for return postage of products. However, in the case of items deemed faulty by our Quality Control Department return postage of a replacement item will be at our expense.
Product Warranties
All individual packages are quality inspected prior to leaving Naughty But Nice.
All products are battery tested and lingerie, hosiery and costumes are quality inspected and sealed.
Warranty Exceptions
Certain manufacturers offer a manufacturer warranty. If your product comes with a manufacturer warranty and is found faulty within its warranty terms Naughty But Nice will gladly handle your warranty claim on your behalf. If this product is or becomes faulty please notify Naughty But Nice within 5 days to be advised of the manufacturer faulty product return process. Advising Naughty But Nice after the 5 day fault occurrence period may void your claim.

Here at Naughty But Nice we value every customer and every order. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
All orders will be shipped in plain packaging By Express or Registered Mail though Australia Post. Our return address only will appear on the parcel. All parcels within Australia are posted off at a flat charge rate of $12.00 For international postage please send us an email with the products and country and we will email you back the shipping price in AUD. Whilst all care is taken, we will not be directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to goods in the delivery process. If any problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues. Every product we sell is tested with the batteries provided before it leaves our warehouse to minimise any inconvenience caused with faulty goods.

In the event Australia post is unable to leave the parcel at the address supplied, the parcel may be collected from your nearest Australia Post Office. ( Look out for your pick up slip left in your letterbox. )
